FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the rental hours?

Venue access is 8:00 am - 11:00 pm, with all guests & vendors out by 12:00 am. Events ending at midnight or later are subject to an after-hours fee of $200.00 per hour.  **Rental time must include set up & breakdown time**

Are there any decor restrictions?

Prohibited items include glitter, confetti, and bubbles. We do not allow any items to be attached to the wall.  

Is this a BYOB establishment?

No, we are not a BYOB establishment. If alcohol is being served, it must be through our bartenders. Failure to adhere to this may result in the bar and/or event being shut down. Guests are not allowed to bring in coolers or outside cups. 

Are outside vendors allowed?

Yes, clients may bring in their own vendors except for bartenders and security. Recommended vendors are noted on our Vendor page.

Is security required?

Yes, security is required for each event. The rate is $50.00 per hour per officer.
